  • Academic Mainstream
  • Academic Support
  • Academic Special Education

The College looks at particular individual needs with many IEPs (Individual Educational Programs) in place or assistance with a Teaching Aid and provides further extension to its talented students through state and nation wide competitions.

Assessment and Reporting

The College curriculum is outcomes focused in Years 7,8, 9 and 10 and the assessment and reporting is consistent with the principles of the Curriculum Framework. Assessment is both formal and informal within each learning area.

Reporting to parents takes place three times a year providing information regarding academic progress and work ethic. An interim report at the end of Term One and more detailed reports of student progress at the end of each semester. Academic progress is reported against Learning Area Outcomes using marks and grades and shows comparisons between the student year cohort and national benchmarks.
