On the Friday 19 May, the Year 11 Politics and Law students had the pleasure of listening to a Ms Oralee Logan, a Federal Prosecutor for the Commonwealth Director of Public Prosecutions. We learnt some interesting information about politics and the Australian Government. Ms Logan explained how the Australian Court Hierarchy system works and about her role as a criminal lawyer for the Commonwealth of Australia. She also discussed her most recent case which involved people smuggling.

Ms Logan was very kind and answered all of our eager questions about law, and gave us some advice on how best to follow the pathway of studying law at University.
