Servite College is located in the northern suburb of Tuart Hill, a leafy residential area north of Leederville. Servite College is easily accessible by bus or train, being on or near the main routes. Although it fronts on a fairly significant arterial road, Cape Street, it can perhaps escape notice because it does not have extensive grounds. This is because the neighourhood was already built up by the time the school was founded and it was only later that decisions were made that secondary schools should have large tracts of land.
