Religious Education

At Servite College, it is the total school environment that contributes to the education in faith of our students. Opportunities are provided in many aspects of school life where students are able to reflect and experience their faith in a lived context.The content of our Religious Education Programmes takes into account the needs of students and their readiness for education in faith while helping them understand what Catholics believe and how Catholics practice their faith. We seek to facilitate the gradual movement towards a personal and responsible decision about faith, while respecting the student's freedom and God’s gift of bestowing grace. Our liturgical programme supplements the work done through our retreats, reflection days and prayer in helping young people experience the presence of God in their lives and to initiate or strengthen faith. At all times we are working with parents in the faith development of their children.
