Service Learning
All parts of the College community are called to give witness to the compassion of Jesus through serving those in need.
In the Servite spirit of ‘service’, students participate in our Service Learning Programme from Years 7 – 12 with a particular focus on service in Year 11 and 12 . All students of Servite College participate in a range of service activities within the school and in the wider community.
They are placed according to their interest and ability into the many voluntary organisations such as St Vincent de Paul and the Red Cross, which train our students in key areas of community work.
This is a programme which has been integrated into the curriculum of Servite College and all students participate to achieve a certain number of service hours which is acknowledged in their Semester reports.
